From the two very kind and professional young women who work in the front office to the young man who came to measure, as well as the two young men who did the installation - each and every one were professional, kind, and patient! The entire process was flawless and we would highly recommend this company without reservation!

We had a dark gray quartz countertop that we wanted to replace with something brighter. Betsy patiently showed us the choices we had and helped us decide. She sent someone to measure to be sure the dimensions were correct. The installers, David and Raoul, did a great job with expertise and care. They cleaned up well. We are very happy with our new light kitchen and the professional and caring staff of the company.

Mike Alnaser advised us on type of Ceasr stone to select. His team cut the stone to specification. The result great looks great. I highly recommend AA

After I talked to several granite fabricators and decided to go with AA Granite. Mike, the owner is a great business man - not only he knows how to talk to his prospective customer with reasonable price, but more importantly, he provided me some great ideas and solutions. The installation team was also great - they spent the time to diligently adjust the countertop to make sure the seams are seamless. Believe or not, they left about 10:30PM until the job was done. And the result exceeded my expectations !!

We had a mishap during the holidays. Our mother in law left some food coloring out in a bag that leaked overnight on our white counters. We tried everything to remove the stain and realized it was not going anywhere. The stain was very large so we decided we had to replace the section. This is when we decided to reach out to AA. Mike and Nancy were great to work with. They were fast to respond & understood the situation. I was able to locate the same stone (which was not easy) and they took care of the rest. They picked up the stone, came over to measure, removed the old stone, and put the new stone in. Looks better than it did before. We were worried about our back splash breaking during the process but the team took their time and were patient and everything went flawless. We are having them do some small projects with the leftover stone from the slab we had to buy. Do not hesitate to work with them. AA+

I started out writing this review thinking it would be short, but it turned into a small novella. Full transparency disclosure - I usually only write a review if I have incredibly bad service, or incredibly good service. If you can’t tell by the rating - this was one of those good ones. Short version: The owner is awesome to work with and trustworthy, they do great work, but some finishing touches may be required on your part. Long version: I have to say I stumbled upon this place by accident. My wife and I were shopping around at MSI (in case you don’t know - a local countertop wholesaler who doesn’t sell directly to the public) and I found this place among the certified sellers. It gave me some confidence that another business was willing to stake their name to vouch for them. After reading the reviews of all the other places - my wife and I chose this one to work with and we were not disappointed. First - upon arrival at the store the first time, the store front was actually closed because my wife and I walked in the day before Christmas Eve. The owner personally came out of the back room and sat down with my wife. He tried to show us several other more affordable options but my wife’s opinion was already made on what she wanted and mike sat down helped us estimate a quote. Once my wife and I were happy with what we saw, he dropped everything to follow us to our house and finalize the quote. Mind you - this is the DAY before Christmas Eve. Within a few days, the owner sent over his template guy Paul who is awesome. The guy has a ton of experience and actually gave me a few pointers on the kitchen and helped tweak the countertop template a bit to have a much nicer layout than what we had. For sink options - the owner has a few you can pick from or you can get your own. I bought one and went to drop it off randomly. Coincidentally, the countertops had just been delivered as we got there. The owner had his team drop everything to layout the template for the countertops right there so I wouldn’t have to drive back. He also helped me pre-cut a few extra pieces for some bathroom vanities with my extra material, which is super awesome rather than wasting the material. Later on his team called me to let me know that the sink I had bought wouldn’t fit. I bought a second one on-line and had it shipped to his store front. His team installed the new sink and even dropped off the second sink so I could return it without any extra hassle on my side. The installation team came in and ripped out the countertop and installed the new one in a day and cleaned up. To be clear though, mike’s team is not what I would call a complete turn key operation. They do not do electrical work. They do not do plumbing. In my case they scratched the walls and left some trim detached that I now have to replace. I also had to hook up my own sink. None of that is a big deal to me, but this shop is a fabricator of countertops - not a contractor. That said, the owner will do everything in his power to meet his end of the deal. I can safely say that mike went above and beyond his end in fact and stuck to his quote. I would highly recommend him if for no other reason than I can safely say you can trust him and his word.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Can not say enough good things about AA Granite. I've been trying to get granite in my Kitchen since March, have been given the run-around by more than a half-dozen places, been without a sink/water for the last 6 weeks (fiasco company), and have seen and heard every excuse and BS answer known to man. Here is the SHORT STORY..... 1) AA Granite which actually has granite on site, no fancy showroom but a real shop with real working professionals. 2) Paul. Make sure to request him to measure your job. He's been doing this for 20+ years and is absolutely fantastic, precise, and accurate. 3) Armando. Request he do your install. He has been doing this 20+ years and is an absolute perfectionist!!! 4) Pricing. Face it Granite and Fabrication is not cheap but the Owner cut me a deal that was less than the "previous fiasco company" and quite a bit less than Home Depot!! Here is the LONG STORY..... Been thru it all ..... the no-shows, Companies who said "your kitchen is too small, not worth my time", Reps who are clueless to the product they are supposedly selling, measure and cut people who just started yesterday or maximum 6 months ago, companies that have 100s of 4"x4" or 12"x12" samples in their showroom but maybe only 10 slabs in their back room, football size warehouses that they don't want to pull the granite in order to view the entire slab, and people who couldn't take an accurate measurement if their life depended on it. Been thru it all!! THEN FOUND AA GRANITE which actually has granite on site, no fancy showroom but a real shop with real working professionals. The most important point I learned between March and December is that there must be someone who knows how to take correct measurements. If they are wrong then it will all be wrong!!! MEASUREMENTS. And AA Granite has the best! Paul. He's been doing this for 20+ years and is absolutely fantastic, precise, and accurate. Make sure to request him to measure your job. He was also very helpful in suggestions and what will and won't work or what would work better and why. I told him "here is what I want" and a couple of points he explained why or how an edge or a cut would work better. Always my decision but I was thankful for his suggestions as it's extremely hard for me to conceptualize how everything will meet together and the final finish. INSTALLATION. Again AA Granite has the best! I hadn't slept the night before because of the previous company's fiasco (which is why I was without a kitchen for 6 weeks!) but install went perfectly!! Armando and Gustavo did my install. No slight meant to Gusavto but Armando has been doing this 20+ years and is an absolute perfectionist!!! They showed up on time and worked from about 9am to just after 5pm. Armando made multiple small and intricate cuts to ensure a perfect fit. He took his time to make cut and fit exactly right. Not "almost". Not "close enough". They also went above and beyond their scope of work. I had 3 outlets that I had bought extenders with longer screws and Gustavo had explained they don't get into electrical work. Which was fine, I understood that. But towards the end of the install I looked and found Gustavo had attached my 3 outlets!!! And they completely cleaned up!! It's those little things that are the difference between "chocolate chip cookies" and "chocolate chunk cookies" (excuse my poor analogy!). AA Granite also has a location in Lewisville that I am going to check out after the Holidays. That location carries a lot of smaller end or left-over pieces and I want AA Granite to come back to put new granite on my master bath vanity. Until then I'm just going to enjoy having a working kitchen with granite counters!!!
